About the Role
The Early Years Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children at the preschool level such as toddlers, nursery and kindergarten. Key responsibilities include developing age-appropriate lesson plans that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, while ensuring that learning is fun, engaging, and aligned with early childhood education standards. The teacher will create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere, using a variety of interactive teaching methods to support children’s curiosity and love for learning. Regular assessment of children’s progress, communication with parents, and collaboration with other educators are essential to provide a holistic learning experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional communication and patience, and a passion for fostering young children’s growth and development during these crucial formative years.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree (at minimum) in the relevant field
Three years of working experience (at minimum) with a reputable organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Efficient time management and organizational skills
Energetic presence and creative input
Dependability and sincerity in following school policies
Driven to grow, learn and take on new challenges
